Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

Iklima Shamsiyeva Ziyodulloyevna — born on September 12, 1997 in Ramatan district, Bukhara region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzbek nationality, blogger and business lady by profession. From a young age, she was interested in acting and running a business, and now she is slowly achieving her dreams. She started her first business in 2018 by opening a women’s clothing store “Iklima Boutique” in Bukhara. He has achieved many successes in life as a result of working on himself. In 2020, he started blogging on social media, and currently has more than 360,000 active followers on his Instagram page. He shares his life, adventures, and business secrets with his subscribers on his blog. In December 2021, he launched the second branch of his brand in Bukhara (Iklima Boutique ²). Not long after that, in March 2021, in the city of Bukhara, he launched the third branch of his brand, a young children’s clothing store called “Iklima Kids”. In January 2023, his brand won the proud third place in the “Bukhara Location Awards” competition! Currently, she is living a happy life with her family, expanding her brand, and actively blogging every day.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them thrive and not “burn out”?

I encourage my colleagues to always respect customer support

None of us can succeed without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

My family is the reason I got back on my feet and I’m very grateful to them

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I invested my success and all my first earnings into the business
